- Go to the “Online Application” link for Advt No. 12/2025 – Assistant Employment Officer (Gazetted Group ‘B’).
- Register as a new user by doing the One-Time Registration (OTR) if not done yet or login if registered earlier.
- Choose the post, enter your personal and educational information and upload necessary documents (photograph, signature, certificates).
- Pay the application fee (Rs. 350/- for General, Rs. 175/- for SC/ST of Meghalaya; PwDs are exempt) online through Debit/ Credit Card, Net-Banking or prepare an e-Challan for payment at SBI.
- Submit your application and download/ print the confirmation to keep for your records.
