Posted on: August 1, 2025The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA-XV) for the recruitment of Customer Service Associates (CSA) in participating banks for vacancies of 2026-27. Eligible Indian nationals are invited to apply online from August 1, 2025 to August 21, 2025. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications, age limit and proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT. Selection will be based on Online Preliminary and Main Examinations, followed by a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT).

- The candidate shall be responsible for bearing any applicable bank transaction charges.

- Basic Pay: Rs. 24,050 – Rs. 64,480 (incremental scale as per notification).
- Allowances & Perquisites: As per the rules of the Participating Bank.

- Register on the IBPS website www.ibps.in via the “CRP‑CSA‑XV → Apply Online” link
- Provide a valid mobile number and email ID, which will be the primary channels for communication.
- Complete the online application form, accurately filling in personal, educational and contact details
- Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the prescribed format, dimensions and file size as specified in the official notification.
- Select your State/UT for provisional allotment (this choice is final and cannot be changed later).
- Proceed to online payment of application fees/intimation charge (Rs. 175 for reserved categories; Rs. 850 for others) using Debit/ Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, IMPS or Mobile Wallets
- Review all entered details thoroughly in the “Save and Next” stage before clicking Complete Registration button.
- Download and print the confirmation page and e‑receipt after submission for future reference.
- Note your registration number and password, sent via SMS/email, for future logins and exam-related communications.
