State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2025 under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2025-26/09. Pay Scale
- Manager (Salary Package Products, MMGS-III): Rs. 85,920/- to Rs. 1,05,280/- per month + DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Facility and other perquisites as per SBI rules.
- Deputy Manager (Salary Package Products, MMGS-II): Rs. 64,820/- to Rs. 93,960/- per month + DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Facility and other perquisites as per SBI rules.
- Probation Period: 6 months for both grades.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on qualification, experience and qualification. The bank’s shortlisting panel corrects the norms and the decision is decisive.
- Interview: 100 marks. Qualifying marks fixed by the Bank. Merit list on interview marks with tie-breakers broken by age (in descending order).
- Call Letter: Email or uploaded on the Bank’s website. Hard copies not given.
- Travel Allowance: Shortlisted Outstation candidates will be paid economy-class air fare (shortest route) up to Bank-approved limits on reimbursement basis. Local travel expenses are not reimbursed.
