MPPGCL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 131 Posts
Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) has released the MPPGCL Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2025 notification calling for eligible Indian citizens to fill up several executive and non-executive cadre positions. Pay Scale
- Assistant Engineer Posts (P01-P04): Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500/- (Level 12)
- Junior Engineer Posts (P05-P07): Rs. 32,800 – 1,03,600/- (Level 08)
- Office Assistant Grade-III (P08): Rs. 19,500 – 62,000/- (Level 04)
- During probation: Fixed stipend (70-90% of minimum pay for Grade III/IV posts).
- Other allowances as per rules.
Selection Process
- Application eligibility and completeness screening.
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Multiple Choice Questions (75 technical, 25 aptitude), 2 hours, no negative marking.
- Merit list preparation based on marks in CBT considering experience weightage in technical posts.
- Skill/Proficiency Test for Office Assistant Grade-III (computer typing and MS Office).
- Verification of education, experience, caste and other certificate-related documents.
- Pre-employment medical fitness test.
- Appointment on probation on final selection.
