Selection Process
- Trials assess game skills, physical fitness and coach’s observations (40 marks; 25 marks to qualify).
- Only FIT candidates are evaluated for sports achievements (50 marks) and educational qualifications (10 marks).
- Minimum qualifying marks: Level-5/4 – 70, Level-3/2 – 65, Level-1 – 60.
- Selection is purely on merit; in case of a tie, the younger candidate will be given preference.
- Final selection is subject to passing the BEE-ONE (B-1) medical classification.
