Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Navaratna Defence Ministry company has released the BEL Advisor (C4I Systems) Recruitment 2025 for retired senior Defence Officers. The recruitment is a wonderful opportunity for candidates aspiring to work in PSU Government jobs in India. Shortlisted candidates having minimum rank of Major General or equivalent, 20 years of defence service experience and at least 2 years experience in Army Command & Control Systems are requested to apply on or before November 15, 2025. Experience, qualification and interview will be the basis of selection. Contractual deputation is to DCCS SBU, BEL Ghaziabad Unit, under direct reporting to the Director (Other Units).

Pay Scale
- Executive Director (ED) Level: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month
- General Manager (GM) Level: Rs. 1,20,000/- per month
- Annual 5% increase in remuneration for extensions (excluding conveyance).
- Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 8,000/- per month (if company car not used).
- TA/DA and accommodation as per company rules for equivalent grade.

FAQs
The applicants must be retired Defence Officers with at least Major General rank or its equivalent. They must possess at least 20 years of defence experience and 2 years of defence experience in Army Command and Control Systems. The applicants must possess a graduate degree, ideally with a post-graduate degree in Weapons or Defence Technology.

The first term is one year, renewable by one year every year up to a maximum of eight years or the age of the advisor becoming 68 years, whichever is earlier. The age limit for eligibility is 60 years as of October 1, 2025.
