WBSRLM Anandadhara CSP Recruitment 2025 – Apply Offline for 12 Posts
West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM), into the Anandadhara Project, has released temporary posts of Community Service Providers (CSPs) for Bank Linkage and CSP-Livelihood in the Sangha Cooperatives under Khoyrasole Block, Birbhum District. Female candidates from Self-Reliant Groups (SHGs) of the concerned Gram Panchayats are invited to apply offline by December 24, 2025. Eligible candidates must ensure that they possess all essential criteria: minimum educational qualification, age limit and SHG experience when applying for these Government Jobs in West Bengal. The selected candidates will be engaged as temporary community service providers in the respective Sangha Cooperatives for CSP-Bank Linkage and CSP-Livelihood posts as per text specifications laid down in the HR Manual of Sangha Cooperatives (Memo No. 1599/PRD-34015/179/2021-SRLM SEC-Dept. of PRD Date: September 22, 2025).

Selection Process
- So it goes on, that 10 marks test, which is an online computer exam, will be utilized basically to evaluate basic digital skills.
- It shall consist of a written examination conducted in MCQ format with no negative marking for marks of 40.
- Candidates declared short-listed from the written examination dot ten marks for the interview.
- The merit-list shall be prepared according to the cumulative marks scored in the written test, computer test and interview.
- Then, the final selection shall be made by the Block Level CBO-HR Committee.
How to Apply for WBSRLM Anandadhara CSP Recruitment 2025
- Visit the official website at https://birbhum.gov.in/#
- Go to Notices section to find the Recruitment of “BDO Khoyrasole, Birbhum”.
- Select the application form in its prescribed format which is to include details such as name, address, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, details of SHG.
- Attach a recent colour passport-size photograph of yourself (self-attested) and submit photocopies of the following documents: age proof, educational certificates and mark sheets, residence proof and the membership certificate of the Anandadhara SHG.
- Please enclose all enclosed documents in an envelope marked “Application for CSP-Bank Linkage / CSP-Livelihood” and submit the application to the drop box provided in the concerned Block Office (Khoyrasole Block, Birbhum).
- If the application is incomplete or incorrect, the application will not be considered for selection. A candidate can only apply for one post.
- The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the Block Office notice board by December 31, 2025 and they will receive their admit cards via email. If an applicant needs to make corrections, they must contact the Block Office for assistance.
- The Block Level CBO-HR Committee’s decision will be final regarding any candidate’s selection and no travel or daily allowance will be paid for testing.
FAQs
This is to recruit qualified female SHG members as Community Service Providers of Bank Linkage and Livelihood positions under Khoyrasole Block. These are provisional jobs based on the principles of the Anandadhara Project and they are meant to assist in developing the grassroots-level using Sangha Cooperatives.
The applicants should be women members of an SHG under Anandadhara project in the same Gram Panchayat. They must be aged between 21 to 40 years by January 01, 2025, complete Higher Secondary qualification and at least two years experience in SHG.
The applicants have to download the form prescribed by Birbhum district site, fill out, append the self-attested documents and hand in the same in the respective block office designated box. Only offline applications are accepted and otherwise, incomplete applications will be rejected.
