- W7 (All other posts): Rs. 23,500 – Rs. 77,000/- (Approximate monthly emoluments: Rs. 42,773/-)
Selection Process
- Online scrutiny of applications will be done on the basis of uploaded certificates and compliance with eligibility.
- Senior Ship Draftsman posts: Objective Type Online Test (70 marks) then Practical Test in CAD (30 marks) of shortlisted applicants.
- Other Posts: Objective Type Online Test (70 marks) and then Descriptive Type Online Test (30 marks) to those who pass the objective test.
- Qualifying marks per stage: 50% in UR/EWS, 45% in OBC (reserved posts), 40% in SC/PwBD (reserved posts).
- Rank list made after checking of certificates, on the basis of aggregate marks of the candidates who qualify in both stages.

- Undergo a two-step registration process correctly.
- Enter correct details in the application form where the required details are required.
- Post scanned copies of photograph, signature and other necessary certificates/documents.
- Make online payments (unless exempted) paying the relevant application fee.
- Submit the application and save/print the registration number for future reference
