Pay Scale

• Fixed Remuneration: During the two-year probation period, selected candidates will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 13,500/- per month.
• Regular Pay Scale: After completing the probation period, the Nigam places candidates in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix with a basic pay of Rs. 19,200/- per month.
