• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates as per NTA regulations.

Application Mode

• Mode of Submission: Online through the official NTA NIFT website.
• Fees may be paid using debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.

Pay Scale

• Starting Salary for Freshers: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month.
• Junior Merchandiser: Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per month.
• Assistant Fashion Designer: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month.
• Production Executive: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month.
• Average Package (Annual): Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 12,00,000/- per annum based on portfolio.

Selection Process for NTA NIFTEE Stage-I Exam City Details 2026

• The candidates need to appear in General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT) in accordance with the Syllabus of NIFT GAT CAT Exam 2026.
• Short-listed candidates applying for B. Des must appear for the practical test on the dates announced by the NIFT Situation Test Dates 2026.
• Mandatory for all PG programs (M.Des, M.F.M, M.FTech) after clearing Stage-I.
• The final selection will depend on the verification of educational and category certificates.
• The candidates should meet health standards that are prescribed by NIFT.
