Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC ESE Admit Card 2026 of the Engineering Services Preliminary Examinations. To prepare the test, Engineering Services Exam Hall Ticket 2026 examinations is now available to the candidates and they can check their UPSC Exam City Details 2026 to move ahead with the test on February 08, 2026. Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering B.Tech/B.E for UPSC Engineering Recruitment 2026.

Candidates who have passed Sections A and B of the Institution of Engineers (India) or equivalent are eligible.
The applicant must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan/Tibetan refugee.

Total Emoluments: Approximately Rs. 85,000/- to Rs. 95,000/- per month including DA, HRA and TA depending on the city of posting.

Selection Process for UPSC Engineering Services Pre Admit Card 2026
Stage I will bring with it the Preliminary Examination comprising of two objective papers each with 500 marks where the UPSC ESE Admit Card 2026 is required.
Stage II is the Main Examination where qualified candidates are required to do two traditional descriptive papers with 600 marks.
Stage III is Personality Test or Interview that has 200 marks to assess technical suitability and leadership qualities.
The last step is the selection based on the cumulative merit score in the Mains Examination and the Personality Test.
The candidates should submit a genuine Engineering Services Exam Hall Ticket 2026 to the examination center to identify them.
Steps to Check & Download UPSC Engineering Services Pre Admit Card 2026
Access the Union Public Service Commission portal at upsc.gov.in
On the home page went to the Notice section and selected the Recruitment section.
Different advertisements will be selected under For recruitment of part-time music instructor in schools under P.M. Shri Scheme 2025-26 or under the link of specific Engineering Services.
Follow the step of One Time Registration to create a special login ID and password.
Create an account with the portal and enter all the needed personal and academic data correctly.
You will then have to select your favorite test center to set your UPSC Exam City Details 2026.
Enter the scanned photograph and signature of you in the required format.
Proceed to the UPSC Prelims Admit Card Download section after successful registration to monitor your status
Make the application fee of 200/- using the inbuilt online payment gateway.
