- Contract period is initially for a twelve-month period that can be renewed for a further twenty four months subject to an annual evaluation.
- Faculty contracts expire on regular faculty’s admission or on attaining the age of 70, whichever come first.
- SR and MO contracts end when regular incumbent joins or upon attainment of 50 years whichever comes first.
- Voluntary abandonment (7 consecutive days without permission) is a termination of employment.
- All appointees are required to take attendance with AEBAS on a daily basis.
- Resignations must be given one month in advance or a one-month’s salary deposit.
- No private practice as a member of the Society is allowed after enlistment.
- Hostel Accommodation may be provided subject to availability, with HRA deduction if availed.
