- Additional Professor: Level-13A2+, Rs. 1,48,200/- to Rs. 2,11,400/- plus allowances
- Associate Professor: Level-13A1+, Rs. 1,38,300/- to Rs. 2,09,200/- plus allowances
- Assistant Professor: Level-12, Rs. 1,01,500/- to Rs. 1,67,400/- plus allowances
- Professor (Consultant) on Contract: Rs. 2,20,000/- per month
- Additional Professor (Consultant) on Contract: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month
- Accommodation Deduction for Retired Consultants: Rs. 24,000/- plus applicable licence fee for Professor (Consultant); Rs. 22,000/- plus applicable licence fee for Additional Professor (Consultant)
- Travel Allowance: TA/DA is not provided to attend the interview by AIIMS Gorakhpur. TA/DA would be provided to retired faculty consultants on official travel based on their entitlement for the previous post held by them.
