Post-wise Responsibilities
- Faculty Members: The faculty members will be performing different academic duties, depending on their specific job titles.

Contract Duration and Service Terms
- Appointment of Faculty: On a contractual basis for the first 4 years with a probationary period of one year, which the Director can further extend for another year.
- Review of Performance: The decision regarding the extension/termination of contract would be made after 3 years.
- Appointment of Senior Residents: For a tenure of 3 years.
- Emergency Medical Officers: Tenure of 1 year.

Candidates Selection Procedure for PILBS Recruitment 2026
