CBSE Group A, B, C Tier-I Admit Card 2026 – Released

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially issued the hall tickets for the CBSE Assistant and Officer Recruitment 2025. This is an important notification of the CBSE Group A, B, C Tier-I Admit Card 2026 to all the aspirants of all government jobs in India. To prevent any kind of discrepancy on the examination date, it is essential that the candidates take care to download their CBSE Admit Card Download in good time and check all the details. The recruitment will be done to ensure that 124 positions are filled in different administrative and academic departments. Tier I exam shall be conducted on January 31, 2026 and February 01, 2026, in different centers that will be designated in the country.

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Secretary
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or institution.
  • Applicants can check CBSE Admit Card Download and CBSE Exam Date 2026 while
    verifying eligibility.
Assistant Professor
  • Candidate should possess a master’s degree in a relevant subject with min 55% marks.
  • Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. qualifications may be preferred.
Accounts Officer
  • Candidate should have bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Eco or Finance.
  • Professional certifications like MBA (Finance), CA or ICWA are also acceptable.
Superintendent
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institution.
  • Should have computer skills and typing speed of 35 WPM in Eng or 30 WPM in Hindi.
Jr. Translation Officer
  • Candidate should have a master’s degree in Hindi or Eng with other language as subject.
  • Additional credentials or training in translation will be treated as a merit factor.
Junior Accountant
  • Candidate must have passed 12th class with subjects such as Accountancy, Eco etc.
  • Typing proficiency of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi is required.
Junior Assistant
  • Candidate must have completed 12th class or equivalent qualification.
  • Should be able to type 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on a computer.

  • Release of Exam City Details: January 17, 2026

  • General, EWS, OBC (Group A Posts): Rs. 1,750/-
  • General, EWS, OBC (Group B/C Posts): Rs. 1,050/-
  • SC, ST, PH Candidates: Rs. 250/-
  • All Female Candidates: Rs. 250/-

Application Mode

  • Submission Method: All candidates participating in the CBSE Tier-I Exam 2026 must have submitted their forms exclusively through the official portal.

Pay Scale

  • Group A Posts (Level 10): Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/-
  • Group B Posts (Level 6): Rs. 35,400/- to Rs. 1,12,400/-
  • Group C Posts (Level 2): Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-

Selection Process for CBSE Group A, B, C Tier-I Admit Card 2026

  • Tier-1 Written Examination: It is an objective based screening exam of all the candidates who are seeking the CBSE Group A B C Vacancy.
  • Tier-2 Written Examination: It is a descriptive or objective primary exam to be taken by the qualifying candidates following the CBSE Admit Card Download and Tier-I level.
  • Personal Interview is set up with the purpose of final selection of Group A administrative and academic positions.
  • Skill and Typing Test entails the checking of the necessary typing speed of the Junior Assistant and Superintendent.
