APPSC Municipal Accounts Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 11 Posts
The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) publishes an invitation of application for the APPSC Municipal Accounts Recruitment 2025 with the view to filling Junior Accounts Officer (Category-II), Senior Accountant (Category-III) and Junior Accountant (Category-IV) vacancies in the A.P. Subordinate Accounts Service of Municipal Accounts. Online application forms are requested from relevant Indian citizens between October 9, 2025 to October 29, 2025. Candidates are required to complete the requirements regarding educational qualifications, age and other terms of eligibility. Candidates are selected by means of a written test and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), making this one of the key Government PSC Jobs in Andhra Pradesh for 2025.

Application Fee
- Application Processing Fee: Rs. 250/- (all candidates).
- Examination Fee: Rs. 80/- (except SC, ST, BC, PBDs, Ex-Servicemen, White Card holders and unemployed youth of A.P.).
- Applicants from Other States: Rs. 250/- (processing) + Rs. 80/- (test).
- Correction Fee: Rs. 100/- per correction (except name, fee and age relaxation).

Selection Process
- Objective type, OMR-based written examination of two papers.
- Paper-I General Studies & Mental Ability, 150 marks, 150 minutes.
- Paper-II Commerce including Accountancy, Cost & Management Accounting, Statistics, IT, Auditing, 150 marks, 150 minutes.
- Negative marking of 1/3rd of the marks for each incorrect answer.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), 60-minute practical test, 100 marks, for testing office automation and software skills (MS Office or its equivalent).
- Verification of certificates with the rider that the candidates must provide original certificates from DigiLocker or as specified.
- Final selection on merit in the written test and passing CPT, subject to medical fitness and eligibility check.

- Login to the official APPSC website at https://psc.ap.gov.in.
- Navigate to the “Notifications” tab, then choose “Recruitments.”
- Look for Notification No. 27/2025 for Government PSC Recruitment.
- Carefully read the notification. In the notification, look for the application link: https://psc.ap.gov.in.
- The online application period will be from 09/10/2025 to 29/10/2025 until 11:00 PM.
- Choose the “Online Application Submission” option.
- Log in using your One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) ID. If not registered, register an OTPR ID by providing your bio-data in the APPSC website.
- Select the “Fill Application” option for Notification No. 27/2025.
- Enter all the required details accurately, including qualifications, local/non-local status and other information.
- Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature and necessary certificates .
- Pay application fee and submit the application by clicking “Save & Submit.”
- Save and take a print of filled application for reference.
