Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a government company. Bharat Enterprises under the Ministry of Defence today officially announced BEL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 for eligible Indian Nationals. Eligible candidates as per qualifications and skills can apply online by November 04, 2025. Pay Scale
- Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT): WG-VII / CP-VI, Rs. 24,500 – 3% – Rs. 90,000/- + allowances (after training). Stipend during training: Rs. 24,000/- pm.
- Technician ‘C’: WG-IV / CP-V, Rs. 21,500 – 3% – Rs. 82,000/- + allowances.
- Additional: DA, HRA, 30% perquisites, medical reimbursement, PF, Pension, Gratuity etc.
Selection process
- The computer tests will reflect the aptitude of candidates in two parts: Part 1 – General Aptitude will have a weight of 50 marks and Part 2 – Technical Aptitude will have a weight of 100 marks.
- While calculating the merit list, a candidate must secure a minimum of 35% marks (General/ OBC/ EWS) separately in each part to qualify for consideration, whereas the pass mark for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates shall be 30% in each part.
- Tie cases shall be resolved according to laid down rules.
- The list of candidates that get shortlisted will be sent for document verification.
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates and Ex-servicemen will be reimbursed traveling allowance.
