Period of Contract
- Initial engagement for 2 years, extendable up to 1 additional year (maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project progress and candidate performance.

- Locate the job advert with advertisement number 383/HR/HLS&SCB/2025-26 or Trainee Engineer-I Recruitment 2025 dated 21st October 2025.
- Complete all the necessary information in the application form properly.
- Upload necessary documents, including educational certificates, marks sheets, caste/disability/income certificate, experience certificates (if any), No Objection Certificate (if applicable), Intimation Letter (for BEL employees) and SBI fee payment receipt.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 150/- + 18% GST via SBI Collect (exempt for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

The applicants should possess a 4-year engineering degree (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc Engineering) or an MCA from a recognized university. Practical disciplines are Electronics, Electrical and Computer science, among others. The minimum age requirements must be met and the applicant must pass the class requirements. Students holding CGPA or credit-based scores are supposed to give the formula of conversion according to the norms of the university. The qualification of the institute provided by AICTE/UGC is compulsory.
A shortlisted candidate will undergo a written test and then a final selection based on merit. The shortlisted will get the call letters through email. The final appointment will be based on the performance in the test and the eligibility criteria. The candidates should be encouraged to visit the official website of BEL frequently to get information about notifications and test schedules.
