Offline application through downloading the prescribed form from Kalimpong district website can be done. Duly filled-in application along with other documents should be mailed or submitted personally to District Child Protection Unit, Office of the District Magistrate, Kalimpong, on or before November 14, 2025.
The candidate appointed to the post of Counsellor will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 18,536/-. It is a contractual job but it proves to be constructive experience in social welfare and child protection services under the Government of West Bengal.
Candidates should be 18-35 years of age and be a graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Counselling or a PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication with one year of work experience in the related field.
