The Ministry of Ayush is planning to create a panel of qualified Lead Consultants who would be engaged on a contract basis. This panel will enable the Ministry to efficiently select consultants for various projects as needs arise, ensuring they have access to expertise when required.

Lead Consultant	BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS’BNMS with PostGraduation Degree of M.D./M.S. recognized by concerned regulatory body or higher qualification in public health. Preventive Social Medicine (MD/MPH) with at least 10 years of post-qualification work experience in Health Systems/PoliCY/lmPlemetafoh1 Research or in Planning and implementation of service delivery.	Published-work in the area of health systems or public health. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance.Ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point.Web Surfing to search relevant data & documents. Demonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environment.	Ph.D. in relevant field.Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health program at field level/working in strengthening of district level health system. Working knowledge of Hindi also desirable.
