ESIC Teaching Faculty Recruitment 2025 – Apply for 124 Posts
The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has come out with the recruitment notification on appointment of direct Teaching Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Residents) solely for Contractual Recruitment at ESIC Medical College and Hospital for Indore (MP). Eligible candidates including retired/working Professors can put up their applications for the various posts in medical disciplines. One of the top-notch Government Teaching Jobs in India, this contract is initially for 1 year, after which it can be extended for up to 3 years depending on performance. Age Limit

- Senior Residents: Max 45 years + relaxations.

Pay Scale
- Professor: Rs. 1,25,100/- (Level 13, 7th CPC) + allowances.
- Associate/Assistant Professor/Senior Resident: Rs. 78,800/- or Rs. 67,700/- (Level 12/11) + allowances.
- Retired pensioners: Full pay without deduction. No PF/Pension/Gratuity claims. Contract: 1 year, extendable; terminable with 1-month notice.
Selection Process
- To enable the first phase of the interview shortlist, verification of academic qualification, experience, medical registration and category certificates must be done on the basis of the NMC guidelines.
- The candidates have to send via scanned applications through emails and originals through post with Demand Drafts (if applicable) on or before October 21, 2025, at 4 pm in the afternoon.
- The in-person interview with the Selection Board will be held from October 29, 2025 to October 31, 2025 with original documents for verification.
- Selection will be based on academic credentials, his/her teaching/research experience, publications and the performance of his interview as evaluated by the expert committee.
- Results will be published on www.esic.gov.in and appointment letters will be sent through emails only.
- Final document verification; candidates to join as per offer instructions with provisional selection subject to verification of full eligibility.

- For applying, check the recruitment section for the “Advertisement No. 06 of 2025” notification.
- Fill up the details and self-attach the copies of 10th certificate (DOB), MBBS/MD/MS mark sheets/ degrees, registration, category certificates, publications, experience/NOC, photograph, Aadhaar etc.
- Scan and send the documents on the email address dean-indore.mp@esic.gov.in before the deadline.
- Send original documents through post to the Dean’s office, on or before October 21, 2025.
- Attend the offline interview on the said date with originals. The selection will be based on credentials + interview.
- Results are published on www.esic.gov.in; joining as per offers via email. No TA/DA is paid.
FAQs
Candidates with MD/MS/DNB in relevant specialization and valid medical registration are eligible. Retired or working professors can also apply. The age limit is 45 years for older inhabitants and 69 years for other faculty items. Interviews shall be conducted for the candidates who submit their application forms along with supporting documents on or before October 21, 2025.
Selections are based on academic credentials, research publications and interview performance. Document verification is compulsory. The results are published on the ESIC website. No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) shall be paid during the interview. The appointment is contractual for one year against performance of the individual, NMC norms and availability of posts.
Fill in the prescribed form and attach certified certificates, degree, registration, experience and category documents. Send the scanned copy to dean-indore.mp@esic.gov.in to October 21, 2025. Send the paper copy and the draft of the demand mention the position and department of the envelope by mail to Dean, Esic Medical College and Hospital, Indore.
