Remuneration Details
- Total Monthly Stipend: Rs. 25,000/-
- Amount Paid by HPCL: Rs. 20,500/-

- Applicants’ Screening: The HPCL screens the applicants on the basis of total merit percentage (marks) of their qualifying degree in engineering.
- Short-listing: The HPCL short-lists the candidates in the ratio of 1:5 w.r.t the availability of training seats.
- Verification of Documents: The HPCL invites the short-listed candidates for document verification.
- Preparation of Merit List: The merit list finally released by them after verification.
