ICMR NIIRNCD Recruitment 2025 – Walk in for 13 Posts

ICMR – National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases (NIIRNCD), Jodhpur, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens to attend the Walk-in-Interview/Written Test on November 10, 2025, for temporary positions under the ICMR-funded project titled “Pilot the Comprehensive Screening for all NCDs through Point of Care Tests (POCT) under NP-NCD in Phalodi District, Rajasthan.” The selection process will include a written test (if more than 30 candidates appear) followed by an interview. Selected candidates will be placed at Jodhpur, Phalodi, Jaipur or other project sites in Rajasthan. • Project Scientist – B (Medical): Maximum 40 Years
• Field Supervisor: Maximum 35 Years
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Maximum 25 Years
• (Age relaxation as per GoI/ICMR norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen)

Consolidated Remuneration (Per Month)

• Project Scientist – B (Medical): Rs. 67,000/-
• Field Supervisor: Rs. 40,000/-
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Rs. 15,800/-

Selection Process

• Selection will be done through a Written Test and/or a Personal Interview.
• If more than 30 candidates appear, a Written Test will be held first.
• Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview.
• Qualifying Marks: 40% for UR/OBC/EWS and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
• Final selection will be based on the combined marks obtained in the written test and interview.
• If 30 or fewer candidates appear, only a Direct Interview will be conducted.
• The number of candidates shortlisted for interview will depend on post-wise merit ranking.
• The decision of ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur will be final and binding in all selection matters.

How to Apply ICMR-NIIRNCD Project Recruitment 2025

• Download the official application form from http://niirncd.icmr.org.in or https://www.icmr.gov.in
• Print and complete the application form legibly in BLOCK LETTERS or type the information into the downloaded form.
• Attach one set of self-attested photocopies of all educational, experience, caste/EWS/PwBD and identity certificates.
• Collect and keep ready all original documents for verification (SSC onwards), experience certificates with clear dates, caste/EWS/PwBD certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card and one recent passport-size photograph.
• If currently employed in an ICMR project or other organisation, obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer before attending.
• Arrive at ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur on 10th November 2025 and report between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM with the completed form and documents.
• Submit the duly filled application form and the self-attested photocopies at the registration desk on arrival and present originals for verification when requested.
• Note that candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be entertained and no TA/DA will be provided.
• If a written test is conducted (when >30 candidates appear), appear for the test and retain the admit/registration slip if issued; otherwise be prepared for a direct interview.
• Keep copies of all submitted documents and the filled form for your records and future correspondence.
