Age Requirements and Relaxation Rules
Age limit is between 18 to 23 years up to November 1, 2026. Relaxation is applicable to the categories as per the recruitment norms.
- UR/EWS/OBC: 5 years relaxation
- OBC NCL: Upto 8 years relaxation.
- SC/ST: Upto 10 years relaxation.
- Deptt. Candidates: 40 years for eligible candidates & 45 years for SC/ST.
- Proof of DOB: Certificate of Matriculation/H. S. S. C. will be considered.
- OBC NCL Certificate: Valid certificate only as per the rules.
Selection Stages for ITBP Sports Quota Recruitment 2026
- Application Form: The ITBP will assess the online application form and sport documents submitted by the candidate.
- Notice requirement: A candidate must produce the original documents.
- Biometric Authentication: Biometric information will be authenticated in the recruitment process.
