  • Merit List: Generated on the basis of marks scored in the SSLC or equivalent qualifying examination, in the ratio of 1:20 (Posts: Candidates).
  • Physical Standard Test (PST): The list of short-listed candidates will be scrutinized based on physical standards like height, chest measurement/expansion (for males) and height/weight (for females).
  • Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Efficiency Test: Those who qualify in the PST shall be subjected to endurance test and efficiency test as intimated by the department.

FAQs

The candidates who satisfy the qualification should fill in the application online at aranya.gov.in from August 01, 2026 to the close of admission at the end of August 31, 2026. Once they have registered, the candidates need to upload the supporting documents and make the required fees payment online or through bank challan on or before September 02, 2026.

The applicants should be a holder of the SSLC (10th Class) or its equivalent from a recognized education board. The candidates whose SSLC exams are scheduled up to the date for submission of the application will be eligible to apply for this job.

There shall not be any written test in this recruitment process. First the merit list will be made by taking into account the SSLC scores. After that, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Tests (PET) and Medical Exam will be conducted.
