The Government of India – Ministry of Finance has issued the official notification for the appointment of Registrar, Assistant Registrar and Recovery Officer in Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) and Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) on deputation basis. Applications are welcomed from suitable officers to fill out existing, future and unavoidable vacancies up to 31st January 2025.   • Recovery Officer: Pay Level 11 (Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700) as per 7th CPC.

  • Applications must be submitted through proper channel in the prescribed format (Annexure II).
  • The application must be accompanied by vigilance clearance, integrity certificate and major/minor penalty statement for the last ten years.
  • Attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years (2019–20 to 2023–24) must be enclosed; if not available, a No Record Certificate (NRC) should be submitted.
  • Separate applications are required if applying for more than one post.
  • Applications not routed through the proper channel or received after the due date will be rejected.
