The joint notification is part of the larger RITES Engineering Recruitment 2026, which covers the positions of managers, assistant managers and deputy general managers in the fields of civil engineering. The Cluster I recruitment consists of RITES Manager Recruitment 2026 jobs in the areas of bridge engineering, metro station engineering and instrumentation engineering, whereas Cluster II consists of senior DGM level jobs in the fields of long span bridge engineering, railway alignment, geophysics and tunnel engineering. Application Fee Requirements

  • Cluster I – General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 600/- plus applicable taxes
  • Cluster I – EWS/SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 300/- plus applicable taxes
  • Cluster II – All Candidates: Rs. 600/- plus tax, as all four DGMs are unreserved
  • Refund Procedure: Applicable to reserved category candidates participating in the selection process for Cluster I only.
  • Mode of Payment: Online payment through the portal only, otherwise application will be automatically rejected.

How Selection Differs Between the Two Clusters for RITES Engineering Professional Recruitment 2026

  • Cluster I Written Test (113):
    • 125 objective type questions in 2.5 hours without any negative marking.
    • Minimum 50% marks required for UR/ EWS and 45% for reserved category (SC, ST, OBC) candidates.
  • Cluster I Interview Weightage: Written test has weightage of 60% and interview has weightage of 40%.
  • Cluster II Selection Procedure: This was based directly on the document verification and interview, there was no written test.
  • Cluster II Interview:
    • Duration: 20 minutes.
    • Section found: Technical knowledge (Presenter, Times), Personality /Communication (4 questions).
  • Interview weightage:
    • Technical ability: 65%
    • Personality and communication: 35%.
  • Qualifying marks common for both cluster: 60 for UR/EWS and 50 for reserved category in interview round
  • Test Centers (Cluster I only, other than ‘NCT/BEL’ and ‘NCT/HRD’): Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati
  • Posting Liability: Candidates being found in any of the 2 clusters shall be posted to any place in India and Abroad thereby making these jobs as Government Jobs in Haryana.
