Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM) is an empowerment program initiated by Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women (TNCDW) in the Government of Tamil Nadu. The core of the mission is based on ending poverty in rural areas through building sustainable institutions for the poor. It helps in the development of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Panchayat Raj Institutions (PRIs), along with undertaking community development programs. Available Positions for TNSRLM Recruitment 2026
The recruitment drive aims to empanel state, district and block-level experts to facilitate field-level implementation across 15 districts, including Ariyalur, Chengalpattu, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Krishnagiri, Madurai, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam, Namakkal, Sivagangai, Tenkasi, Tiruvallur, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvarur and Villupuram.

- District Resource Persons (DRPs): 1 DRP per district (15 districts)
- Block Resource Persons (BRPs): A total number of 161 posts spread across the concerned blocks in the participating districts.

Remuneration Details
Applicants selected will be provided fixed monetary rewards, such as training charges, monitoring payments and travel allowance (TA), not exceeding 25 days per month.
- State Resource Person (SRP): Up to Rs. 25,000/- per month (Max daily: Rs. 1,000/- for training; Rs. 750/- for review; Rs. 250/- travel allowance).
- District Resource Person (DRP): Up to Rs. 18,000/- per month (Max daily: Rs. 750/- for training; Rs. 500/- for monitoring; Rs. 120/- travel allowance).
- Block Resource Person (BRP): Up to Rs. 10,500/- per month (Max daily: Rs. 450/- for training; Rs. 300/- for monitoring; Rs. 60/- travel allowance).
- Reimbursement of Travel Expenses: Government bus or second class train fare will be reimbursed for state-level training held at Chennai.

Recruitment Procedure for TNSRLM Recruitment 2026
- Selection Process: It comprises Written Test (50 marks), Group Discussion (10 marks) and Micro-Teaching/ Interview (40-50 marks).
- Skills Required: Evaluation of knowledge, communications skills and computer literacy (MS Office/Mobile Applications).

- Any delayed applications in respect of PRI-CBO convergence positions would be automatically disqualified.
