Posted on: August 21, 2025Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking, has come out with the AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 inviting eligible Indian nationals through GATE 2023/2024/2025. Suitable candidates having the requisite qualifications and GATE scores are invited to make online applications by 27th September 2025. - Junior Executive (E-1 Level): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000/-
- Emoluments: Includes Dearness Allowance, Perks (35% of Basic Pay), HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits etc.
- Cost to Company: Approximately Rs. 13 Lakhs per annum
Selection Process
- Shortlisting of candidates based on GATE 2023, 2024 or 2025 scores and prescribed eligibility criteria.
- Verification of applications submitted by shortlisted candidates.
- Document and identity verification of original certificates.
- Provisional selection prepared on the basis of GATE score merit.
- Tie resolution in the order of higher GATE score, older age and higher marks in the qualifying degree.

- Six-month training for Junior Executive (Electronics) with a mandatory Surety Bond.
