Pay Scale
- Standard Emoluments: Rs. 30,000/- + HRA per month. After two years, fixed at Rs. 34,000 + HRA per month.
- For candidates selected through National Eligibility Tests or GATE: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month. After two years, fixed at Rs. 42,000/- + HRA per month.
Selection Process
- The selection will be based on a test followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.
- The test and interview will be conducted at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru on a date to be notified later.
- The list of candidates shortlisted for the test will be displayed on the website: http://www.iisc.ac.in/ug/.
- Candidates are advised to regularly check the website for updates regarding the selection process.
- The interview will be held in person and no TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Dearness Allowance) will be paid for attending the interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates admitted for the interview based on qualifications and/or experience.
- Call letters for the interview will be sent only to shortlisted candidates via e-mail and candidates must frequently check their registered e-mail ID.
