Selection Process
- The selection committee scrutinizes all applications submitted during the walk-in for eligibility.
- If the applications are too numerous, the selection committee may choose to conduct a screening test to filter candidates.
- The next stage of selection is a personal interview of the eligible candidates by the selection board.
- A candidate must secure a minimum of 50 percent of the total marks awarded in the interview for qualifying.
- The selection board thereafter makes the selection based on performance in the interview, followed by medical examination, verification of original certificates and their publication on the website.
- For the qualified candidates, a waiting list valid for two months is also formed.

- Download and fill the application form from the notification.
- Visit the venue: Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi on October 29, 2025.
- Register between 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on October 29, 2025 with filled form, DD (if applicable) and documents.
- Produce originals and self-attested copies: SSC certificate, MBBS/PG degrees, KMC/NMC registration, caste certificate, experience proofs, ID (Aadhar/PAN), 2 photos etc.

ESIC Recruitment 2025 Entrance Interview is scheduled for October 29, 2025 (Document Verification) and October 30, 2025 (Personal Interview). Latecomers will be canceled.
