King George Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow has published the recruitment of the KGMU Recruitment 2025 notification about 90 contractual faculty vacancies in different medical departments. Selection Process
- All applications are shortlisted and screened by the University Committee.
- KGMU shortlists only those candidates who will be interviewed personally.
- The official site is the only place where KGMU publishes the dates of interviews.
- KGMU does not send individual communication or call letters.
- The selection panel eliminates applicants solely on interview performances and University criteria.
How to Apply for KGMU Recruitment 2025
- Go to the home page of the site https://www.kgmu.org
- Go to the home page menu in the “Recruitment” section and click on the advertisement No. “153/Rectt/2025”.
- Download the application form with the detailed notification which has been prescribed.
- Fill in the application form very carefully in capital letters and sign.
- Make photocopies of all necessary documents and Demand Draft, which must be self attested.
- Immediately complete the online Google Form that is mandatory and is at https://forms.gle/yhESrm92SJon6Vqw8.
- Post the full application either through the Speed Post or hand it over to The Registrar, KGMU, Lucknow -226003.
- Write in visible red the bottom of the envelope Application for Contractual Assistant Professor in [Department Name].
- Ensure the application reaches the Registrar’s office on or before December 20, 2025 (5:00 PM).
FAQs
The deadline of the offline application is December 20, 2025. Candidates are not to be disqualified in case they submit their documents not prior to the deadline to the university. It is also recommendable to send it early in order to avoid postal delays.
There are eligibility norms that are given in the official ad published by the university.
