Selection Process for WCD Recruitment 2025
- Merit list prepared on 80 marks: 60 marks for percentage in essential qualifications + maximum 20 marks (extra marks for experience beyond the minimum @2 marks/year).
- Shortlisting—that is, for each post—the candidates selected in 1:10 ratio on the 80 marks.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a Walk-in Interview or Skill Test, which will carry a total of 20 marks.
- Final selection through combined merit of 100 marks (written 80 + interview/skill 20).
- If two candidates score the same, the older applicant will be given priority.
- The entire selection process will be overseen by the District Collector along with the Selection Committee.

- Signup with your name, email ID, mobile and date of birth and do OTP verification.
- Login, choose the vacancy, fill out the form regarding personal details, education, work experience, category and address.
- Upload scanned copies: Photo/Signature; all mark sheets including 8th/10th/12th/Graduation; caste/residence certificate; proof of experience (including salary); affidavit on Rs. 50/- stamp paper (In case of marriage, confirming legal age marriage).
- Review and submit before Dec 15, 2025 (5:00 PM) and take a printout.
For Gender Specialist (Offline Mode – DHEW)
- Download the application form from https://durg.gov.in (under Women & Child Development notifications).
- Fill the form in block letters giving details related to: 1-Post name 2-Personal info 3-Education 4-Experience 5-Category 6-Declaration
- Attach self-attested copy of 10th/12th/Graduation marksheet, computer/typing certificate, residence or caste proof, 3-year experience certificate (with salary), ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID) and self-addressed envelope with Rs. 10/- stamp.
- Paste passport-sized photographs (signed across) and sign at the declaration box.
- Closing date: December 15, 2025 (5:30 PM) – Speed/Registered Post to: District Programme Officer-Women & Child Development Dept, Paanch Building Campus, Durg (CG). No email/not accepted through hand delivery.
