PSSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 157 Posts
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has published the PSSSB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025 in two separate notifications, whereby they are filling 157 positions of the Junior Engineer in the discipline of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. These are the Government Jobs for Engineers in India which provide great opportunity in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board and Punjab Water Resources Department. To apply online, the eligible candidates must do so between December 22, 2025 and December 28, 2025 (until 5:00 PM) and the payment of the fee must occur by December 31, 2025. The selection will be done by use of a written examination and document verification.

Selection Process
- Applicants will present themselves to an Objective Type Written Examination that will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Merit List will be made depending on the marks in the written examination.
- The short listed candidates will be invited to go under Document Verification/Counselling in a ratio decided by the Board (usually more than the number of vacancies, category-wise).
- Last selection and referral to the department will be done strictly on the basis of merit provided that all the conditions of eligibility, verification of documents and availability of vacancies are fulfilled.

- Visit the official PSSSB website at https://sssb.punjab.gov.in.
- Navigate to the “What’s New” section and select the relevant advertisement “Advertisement No. 15 of 2025” or “Advertisement No. 16 of 2025”.
- Click on the online application link provided under the selected advertisement.
- Create an account (in case of a new user) with some basic information to create Username and Password.
- Log-in with the generated credentials and complete the application form step-by-step.
- Enter documents such as passport-size photograph, signature, education certificates and category/reservation certificates (in PDF format).
- Make the required application fee in online payment modes (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI) or create SBI Challan to be paid offline.
- Send in the application form and print the final copy of the form submitted to be used in the future.

Applicants must have a Bachelor of engineering degree in either of the three Civil, Mechanical or Electrical and the university must be recognized. There are age requirements and category specific relaxations according to PSSSBs. The applicants should also consider that they are supposed to have all the educational and experience requirements before the online application can be filled within the stipulated dates to ensure that they are not disqualified.
