IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 – Apply Online for 501 Posts

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division- Northern Region, has announced recruiting of Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentices on the basis of Apprentices Act, 1961 (Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2025-26/2). Government Jobs for Engineers in India is a great opportunity to recruit Engineers, more so Diploma holders in the various fields, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical and Electronics and Electronics. Applications can be made online on NAPS/NATS portal by eligible applicants of states/UTs such as Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand until January 12, 2026. The selection will be based on merit (no written test/interview) and a medical fitness and document verification will be done. The shortlisted candidates will be taking 12 months of training in different places within the Northern Region.

Selection Process

• The selection process follows a purely merit-based approach with no written test or interview.
• Authorities prepare discipline and state-wise merit lists based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• In case of a tie, the older candidate receives preference and if the tie continues, higher Class 10 marks are considered.
• Shortlisted candidates are then invited for document verification and a pre-engagement medical fitness examination, where applicable.

• Go to Career section to find the Apprenticeships for the “Engagement of Trade/Technician/Graduate Apprentice”.
• Register on the NAPS portal if applying for Trade Apprentice (including Data Entry Operator) or on the NATS portal if applying for Technician or Graduate Apprentice.
• Complete and update your profile 100% accurately on the respective portal with all personal, educational and category details.
• Log in to the portal and apply for the IOCL opportunity using Establishment ID NDLSDC000005 (for NATS) or E05200700003 (for NAPS).
• Apply for only one Discipline Code as multiple applications will be rejected.
• After applying on the portal, fill and submit the Microsoft Office Form at https://forms.office.com/r/JtB9aJALr9 with your preferred State and three locations within it by January 12, 2026 (05:00 PM).
• Submit only one response in the Microsoft Form as multiple submissions will not be accepted.
