MPESB ITI Training Officer Recruitment 2026 has been officially announced by Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal, on behalf of the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment. Applications to Staff Selection Board Jobs in India are done online via the portal and recruiting bodies are open to eligible candidates who apply the online portal starting January 17, 2026. - Salary Range: Rs. 32,800/- to Rs. 1,03,600/- per month (Level 8) for most trades.
- Social Studies to: Rs. 32,800/- to Rs. 1,14,800/- per month.
Selection Process
- The process of selection will be based on online test with 100 objective-based questions.
- UR candidates are required to have a minimum of 40% and the reserved groups have to have 36%.
- The joint merit list will be done on the basis of marks, the ties are solved on the basis of seniority.
- Shortlisted candidates are to be invited in order to check original educational and technical certificates.
- Lastly, appointment is subject to both medical fitness by a District Medical Board and satisfactory police check.

- Go to the “FOR CANDIDATES” section and select the “Rule Book”.
- Find the advertisement with the title of “Department of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment (ITI Training officer) Recruitment Test – 2026”
- Ensure that one is eligible, read the notification and instructions properly and then move ahead with the application.
- To begin an application, open the MP Online portal at web site www.mponline.gov.in.
- Full registration of profile by Aadhaar with OTP/biometric authentication.
- You should be a registered employee of the Madhya Pradesh State Employment office.
- Upload a recent photograph with your name and date visible.
- Complete the application form and choose the trade specific questions papers according to your eligibility.
- Confirm and make payment of your application; print out the Application Number and Receipt to be used later.

The applications should be made on the official MPESB portal esb.mp.gov.in. In the applications, the candidates are expected to fill in all the details, submit the required documents and pay the application fee. Once one submits it is advisable to download and save a copy of the application filled in so as to refer to it later. After the instructions are given formally, then eligibility is guaranteed and rejection is avoided.
These should be Candidates who possess Degree or Diploma in the concerned trade or engineering as stated in the official notification. They are supposed to fulfill the age requirements of 18 to 40 years with relaxations allowed under reserved categories. Fluency in local language and especially experience in the field is preferable. They are also required that the applicants be the permanent citizens of Madhya Pradesh and they should meet all the educational and technical standards as defined by MPESB.
The process of online application starts on January 17, 2026 and the final date of the process is January 31, 2026. It is suggested that the candidates should complete the form with attention during this time. The application can be corrected between January 17 and February 5, 2026. Submission of late will not be entertained at all.
