FAQs

The candidates are advised to apply online through the official website of Indian Oil. Application involves the initial registration on the NAPS/NATS portal and the submission of a mandatory supplementary Microsoft Form until July 28, 2026.

It is purely based on merit. One does not have to appear in any written exam. Candidates scoring well in aggregate marks in their qualifying education qualification degree/diploma are selected through a screening process and then undergo documentation and a pre-engagement medical examination.

Those with higher professional qualifications such as BE, B.Tech, MBA and CA are not eligible for application. The reason why we call it so is that the training course is only targeted towards recent graduates or anyone with a diploma or ITI degree.
