Selection Phases for SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026

• Selection is based on a Computer Based Test (75 marks), Experience weightage (15 marks) and a personal interview (10 marks), totaling 100 marks for Government jobs in Andhra Pradesh.
• In case of less than eight applications for any particular post, these will be selected based on weightage of marks in the qualifying examination, experience and interview without a written test.
• The CBT has 75 objective type questions and can be completed in 90 minutes (English medium), there is no negative marking.
• Experience marks: 0.5 marks each 6 months for every 6 months of experience in Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector Institutions or Hospitals with bed strength of 500+ and subject to compliance of EPF/ESI.
• A separate Skill Test of 50 marks is conducted for the post of Steno Cum Junior Assistant with final selection weightage given as 50 marks for CBT as per AP State Board and 25 marks for Skill Test as per AP State Board.
• If the two or more candidates get the same marks in the written test, the elder one is preferred and if both ages are same, the experienced one is preferred.
• There is a provisional wait list of meritorious candidates for one year to attend the seats which may be not filled by the originally selected candidates.
