- Applicant should attach self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, age certificate and community certificate along with the application form.
- For those through deputation, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from his parent department should be provided along with application APAR file for last five years.
- Candidates through deputation route shall be required to produce vigilance clearance certificate from parent department.
- When appointed, the candidate should produce together with a certificate of good conduct from a Gazetted Officer and certificate of physical fitness in form prescribed.
