Find the CHO Admit Card Download Link Look for the notification or link titled “Download Admit Card for Community Health Officer (CHO) Recruitment 2025” and click on it.

Download the Admit Card Once your admit card is displayed, review the details and then click the “Download” button to save the file.
Print a Copy Take a clear printout of your admit card (preferably in color). This printed copy must be carried to the exam center on the day of the test.
