Job Profile
- Production Job: Overseeing and controlling continuous process operations involving fired heaters, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, distillation columns, reactors, high-pressure vessels, effluent treatment facilities, cooling towers, tank farms and pressurized storage bullets.
- Mechanical Job: Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on rotating equipment like process pumps, compressors, turbines and stationary equipment like boilers, heat exchangers, vessels, piping, valves and tanks.
- Electrical Job: Carrying out maintenance on motors, transformers, generators, high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) switchgear, controls and protection equipment, UPS, battery banks, charging equipment and variable frequency drives; studying and troubleshooting control circuits.
- Instrumentation Job: Performing calibration and maintenance of field instrumentation and transmitters and control valves; dealing with DCS (distributed control system), PLC (programmable logical controller); reading P&IDs and logic control drawings.
