Eligibility Criteria

Theatre Art Teacher	Educational Qualification Higher Secondary School Certificate or AICTE- approved Diploma from a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification. 3 years’ Diploma in Theatre Art/Dramatics from a recognized institution. Experience At least 3 years in Theatre Art/Dramatics, OR 1-year Certificate Course in Theatre Art/Dramatics with 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Konkani (mandatory), Marathi (desirable). Additional Qualification: Graduation in any field (preferred).
Music Trainers (Harmonium & Kathak)	Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Music (Harmonium/Kathak) or equivalent qualification. Visharad Degree from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Sangeet Parangat, or Sangeet Kushal from Kala Academy. Experience 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject. Knowledge of Konkani (mandatory), Marathi (desirable).

Theatre Art Teacher: ₹45,765 per month
Music Trainer (Harmonium): ₹27,120 per month
