EMRS Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 7267 Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts
EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE)-2025 has been announced by the National Education Society of Tribal Students (NESTS), an organization of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, to hire teaching and non-teaching personnel of Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS). Online applications should be made by 23rd October 2025 (23.50 Hr) by the eligible Indian citizens. The candidates should be eligible according to the eligibility requirements, which are educational requirements, age requirements and so forth. Selection will be based on a written exam (Tier I & II) with additional interviews for Principal posts and a skill test for Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA). Selection Process
- Tier I Examination: The Preliminary test is a computer-based examination testing general knowledge, reasoning and aptitude for any post.
- Tier II Examination: Teaching and non-teaching post subject-specific knowledge test, except Principal and JSA.
- Interview in the case of Principal: Personal Interaction: 20% weightage and Tier II: 80%.
- Skill Test of JSA: Typing test after Tier II qualification test.
- Final Merit List: It will be based on cumulative marks in respective stages with transparency and reservations applied according to the categories.
