Eligibility Criteria

Post Name	Qualification and Experience Details
Under Secretary (Legislative Affairs)	Must have held equivalent posts regularly or completed 5 years of service in the scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000 (pre-revised) or an equivalent grade. Possess a Law degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in legal matters in a Central/State Government Department or Union Territory Administration, OR A qualified legal practitioner (advocate/pleader) with at least 4 years of practice.
Assistant Public Prosecutor	Must possess a Law degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Should have at least two years of practice as an advocate. Proficiency in Konkani is required. Desirable The candidate should have knowledge of Marathi.
Assistant Research Officer	Must possess a 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Indian History, Political Science, or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent. At least 1 year of research experience in the relevant field. (Qualifications may be relaxed at the Commission’s discretion for exceptionally qualified candidates). Knowledge of Konkani is required. Desirable Must hold a Doctorate degree in History, Political Science, or Sociology. Should possess knowledge of Marathi.
