• Deputy General Manager: Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 2,00,000/-
• Senior Manager: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,80,000/-
• Manager: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/-
• Additional Allowances: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance or rent, Performance-related Pay and other fixed or variable allowances.
