Posted on: May 27, 2025Punjab Government, Power Department has published the PSERC Member Vacancy 2025 recruitment advertisement for the post of Member, Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC), Chandigarh. Experience and eligible candidates who are interested can apply on or before 25th June 2025. The selection will be made in accordance with the Electricity Act, 2003. Knowledge of Punjabi language at work level will be desirable.

Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 65 Years (as on date of appointment)
- Tenure: 5 Years or until the age of 65, whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale
- Rs. 1,82,200 – 2,24,100/-
- According to the amended rules of 2006 governing the salaries, allowances and service conditions for the Chairperson and Members of the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The shortlisted Member shall serve for a period of five years or until he/she attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, under the Electricity Act, 2003.
