Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released the official notification for the Recruitment of Assistant Vice President (AVP) on a fixed-term contract Basis. A total of 10 vacancies are available under various departments, including Data Analytics, Agile Transformation, Business Finance and Project Management. Interested and eligible Indian nationals can apply online from 04 July 2025 to 24 July 2025. The engagement will be for 5 years, extendable up to 10 years based on performance. The selection process involves candidate shortlisting followed by a personal interview.

Assistant Vice President I – Data Analyst / Data Scientist	Educational: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Maths, Economics or any quantitative field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in Data Analysis or Project Management roles in a limited company.
Assistant Vice President II – Data Analyst / Data Scientist	Educational: Same as above. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Data Analysis or Project Management in a limited company.
Assistant Vice President I – Agile Transformation Expert	Educational: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or Electronics & Communication; or BCA/MCA. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Agile Transformation. Preferred Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), PMI-ACP, Salesforce Architect.
Assistant Vice President II – Agile Transformation Expert	Educational: Same as above. Experience: Minimum 8 years in Agile Transformation. Preferred: Proven record in Agile/ CRM projects within BFSI.
Assistant Vice President I – Business Finance Analyst (with BFSI Exposure)	Educational: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: Minimum 5 years in Business Finance Analysis, with exposure to para-banking (e.g., Mutual Funds, Insurance, Cards). Preferred Certifications: CFA, CPA, CIMA.
Assistant Vice President II – Business Finance Analyst (with BFSI Exposure)	Educational: Same as above. Experience: Minimum 8 years in Business Finance Analysis, with significant exposure to para-banking. BFSI experience preferred.
Assistant Vice President I – Project Management Specialist	Educational: B.E./B.Tech in any discipline / MCA / MBA / PGDM. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Project Management in a limited company. Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma.
Assistant Vice President II – Project Management Specialist	Educational: Same as above. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in Project Management. BFSI experience preferred.
