- Written Examination: 60 Marks
- Micro-Teaching / Teaching Demonstration (10–15 mins): 30 Marks
- Interview: 10 Marks
General Instructions for All Posts:
- Minimum 5 years of teaching as Assistant Teacher/Headmaster in Council Primary/Upper Primary schools.
- At least 10 years of service remaining before retirement.
- No ongoing inquiry or past disciplinary action.
- ARPs who have already served 3 years or more as ARP are not eligible.
