The Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA), Hamirpur, invites online applications against direct recruitment to Trainee posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in the Department of Elementary Education. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online from 30th May 2025 to 15 September 2025 (11:59 PM). Offline or late applications will not be entertained. The process of selection will be done through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) or Written Screening Test in addition to document verification.

Selection Process

• Examination: CBT/Written Test (2 hrs, 100 marks) with 200 MCQs – 140 from subject field and 60 from General Knowledge (HP GK, Current Affairs, Science, Logic, Social Science, English & Hindi).
• Provisional Answer Key: Uploaded post-exam for objections (7 days, Rs. 200 per challenge, non-refundable).
• Documentation: Provide original and self-certified photocopies of certificates at the time of verification.

• Go to the “Recruitment” section and find the Advertisement No. 01/2025 notice.
• Go through the complete notice to verify eligibility.
• Click “Sign Up” to register a username and password, then proceed with One-Time Registration (OTR) with personal information, educational qualifications, work experience (if applicable), and upload a new photograph/signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG, max 1 MB each).
