The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced the Jharkhand Warder Competitive Examination – 2025 (JKCE-2025) for filling regular and backlog vacancies for the posts of Warder (Male) and Warder (Female) under the Home, Jail and Disaster Management Department, Government of Jharkhand. FAQs
Candidates should be Indian nationals and should have taken matriculation (10th pass) in a known board. The applicants ought to be within a given age restriction and physical abilities such as the height of males and chest size of males and height of females. The age relaxations may be provided to ex-servicemen, home guards and assistant police personnel as the regulations provide. These requirements are required to complete the online application.
The process to be selected has several steps: candidates have to pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and then take a written exam, which includes language, general knowledge and subjects specific to Jharkhand. They are then moved to the shortlisted candidates, where they are expected to be medically examined and documents verified. The list of final merit is drawn on the basis of performance in the written exam and reservations and age relaxations are taken as per the government regulations.
The applicants should go to the JSSC official website and enroll in the Jharkhand Warder Competitive Examination 2025.
